Tip: I made a fix today so you can skip the #Odoo VAT number validation with a context key "no_vat_validation". This allows for skipping the check when you get it through API endpoints or external platforms which don't do the check. See github.com[FIX] base_vat: allow disabling VAT check through context · odoo/odoo@11fd5b4Before this fix there is no real way to influence the VAT validation.
