Zulfa Trading Company is a premier Omani real estate service agency and facility maintenance provider established in 2012, based in Suhar, Sultanate of Oman. Zulfa manages residential and commercial properties—such as the Dawood Residential Complex and Shinas Mall—as well as major corporate facility contracts for leading organizations including OQ, Sohar Aluminium, Sohar Port, and International Maritime College Oman.

As a property management agency, Zulfa collects rent from tenants, deposits funds directly into property owners' bank accounts, and manages all tenant maintenance queries. At month-end, Zulfa generates automated invoices to property owners for agency management fees/commissions and itemized maintenance bills.
