Remote Control and Support
This option is available to save fees pertaining to ONSITE VISITS. Many operations for the undersigned company can be performed remotely (as opposed to onsite at a client’s physical location) via the internet and a Remote server access, via VPN or remote client application. The minimum remote support charge is 30 minutes. The undersigned company or organization is required to provide a remote control software as described above.
Hours of Operation
Serpent Consulting Services’s Support Department operating hours are 10:00 am to 07:00 pm Indian Standard Time. Queries by Text message, voice calls or mails may be placed to Serpent Consulting Services’s Technical Desk during these times. Queries coming into our office before 3:00 pm IST will be returned the same day if possible (due to time limitations they may be returned after 7:00 pm IST or by 12:00 am IST the next business day).
Time / Volume of Support
This agreement and price structure is based on the AVERAGE requirement for support. We expect that during the first 2 to 4 weeks of use, the volume and length of support queries will be much greater than that in the following weeks and months. Serpent Consulting Services reserves the right to reduce or increase the rates of this agreement for subsequent agreements.
Assignment of Designated Contacts
The person signing this contract should state the name of the person(s) who will be the designated contact(s) at the time this agreement is signed. The designated contact within the undersigned company or organization may be changed if necessary.
Not all queries can be resolved while the technician is on the text chat or voice immediately. Some queries require testing and/or assistance from our programming department to resolve. Serpent Consulting Services will keep the designated contact person updated as to the status of the open queries if the problem cannot be resolved while on the text chat or voice with the technician. All open queries will be worked on by Serpent Consulting Services with the mentioned time frame commitment as on date.

Serpent Consulting Services provides support for OpenERP/ODOO applications depending on the package you select. Below is a brief overview of our offerings:
Standard fee- $35 per hour, $40 per hour, $42 per hour and $45 per hour for package selection of 100 hours, 50 hours, 20 hours and 10 hours respectively. It includes expert Q&A sessions for your queries.
Minimum support charge – 10 minutes
Minimum on-site support charge – 24 hours (excluding travel and accommodation expenses)
