Before implementing Odoo, the Vishakha Group was juggling multiple tools for key business processes:
- Expense tracking was managed in one software, while pre-sales was tracked in another platform that leads to fragmented insights and manual reporting.
- There was no clear visibility into expense vs. revenue per field management.
- SAP was used for logistics, but employees had to manually input data into several different systems that mostly led to double work and human error.

We successfully developed and integrated a robust bi-directional sync between SAP to Odoo, helping to eliminate manual data entry & ensuring real-time consistency across both platforms. Quickly import/export master data such as customers, vendors & products is now automatically synced in both directions, keeping records fully aligned.
Also we ensure that confirmed sales orders created in Odoo are instantly pushed to SAP, while any updates in SAP reflect back into Odoo with no delays and no duplications.
