Mekaela Academies is a premier non-profit umbrella organization for five private schools in Kenya, founded in 1993 by members of the German charitable society "Watoto e.V.". Located in Kwale County (near Ukunda/Diani Beach), approximately 1,300 to 2,000+ children attend its five campuses: Manuel Alexander School, Likunda Primary School, Mekaela Rating School, Mekaela Lulu Girl's School, and Mekaela Lulu Boys High School.
