IRTH was using multiple platforms Odoo , Zoho to manage various parts of their operations.

➣ Our Solution: Unified Data Migration and Integration

SerpentCS’s expert Odoo team collaborated closely with IRTH to consolidate all business data within Odoo, enabling a single source of truth for the organization.We designed and developed a custom migration and synchronization solution to seamlessly move data from Zoho to Odoo, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and minimal downtime.

IRTH–Odoo Sync Module

A robust, custom-built integration layer was developed to automate the data migration process from Zoho CRM to Odoo.
Key highlights include:

One-click import of master data such as Customers, Vendors, Projects, Accounts, and Products
Migration of Sales, Purchase, and Accounting data with complete transaction mapping

Minimal Downtime & Seamless Go-Live

The migration was planned and executed in stages to avoid operational disruption. The IRTH team could continue working in Zoho during initial migration runs, followed by a final cutover with zero data loss.
